Playscape & Private Event Rules
Maximum of 25 guests (including kids)
No glitter or confetti
All guests must sign particpation waiver and are subject to playscape rules
Event host is liable for actions of all guests and responsible for any damage to or theft of Gnome & Fox property

Planning your party is simple; fill out the form to get the conversation started. We will reach out to finalize date, time, theme, add-ons, schedule, and total cost.
Payment Policy
Your event is not finalized and payment is not required at this time. This form reserves your requested event time and provides an estimated cost.
To protect your information, payment is taken in person after event specifics are finalized and total cost is calculated.
We accept credit, debit, and venmo.
Payment is required at least 10 days before in order to finalize your event. Reschedule your event up to 10 days before your event or cancel to get a 90% refund. Events cancelled within 10 days will receive a 50% refund.
